Koji Marinated Char Siew (Collection/Delivery - National Day 4 to 6 pm)
Fatty, sweet, sticky, smokey and delicious Char Siew! Marinated for 2 days in a citrusy sauce and spiked with our magic Koji ingredient for extra umami and tenderness. Roasted and triple glazed for that thick and sticky crust that can only be achieved through the care and attention of small batch production.
Made with Bu Jian Tian, a fatty cut revered for it use in Char Siew.
Self Collect at Kensington Square on National day between 3 to 5 pm or delivery at $10 per location.
Bu Jian Tian (Translates to not seeing the sky) refers to the cut of the pork from the armpit which has a very high fat to meat ratio. There are also some leaner parts. The portion will be a mix of fatty bites and leaner parts.
