Koji, a mould that is critical to Asian cuisine. Responsible for things like Soy Sauce, Miso and Sake, this menu explores further what the wonderful mould can do.
When this menu was featured on Seth Lui, we were going into Covid restrictions and most people didn't manage to try it.
Location: 2 Jalan Lokam #01-18 Kensington Square (Pistachio Everything)
Price: $149+ per pax. With a 10% service charge.
Seating per session: Up to 10 pax.
Deposit: $50 per person. Refundable up to 5 days before the event.
Duration: 6.30 pm to about 10.
Dietary restriction: Limited ability to cater for communal dining.
Corkage: You can bring one bottle for free with a purchase of one bottle for us. Otherwise would be $50 per bottle. Wines and Craft beers by the glass would be available.
