Fatty, sweet, sticky, smokey and delicious Char Siew! Marinated for 2 days in a citrusy sauce and spiked with our magic Koji ingredient for extra umami and tenderness. Roasted and triple glazed for that thick and sticky crust that can only be achieved through the care and attention of small batch production. <br><br>Made with Bu Jian Tian, a fatty cut revered for it use in Char Siew. <br><br>Self Collect at Kensington Square on National day between 3 to 5 pm or delivery at $10 per location. <br><br>Portion is 250g

Bread and Butter Experience

The Bread and Butter Experience is an intimate and small, hands-on class focusing on bread fundamentals, science and techniques to bake artisan-style breads with supermarket ingredients. <br><br>And it can't be called 'The Bread and Butter Experience" without us making some homemade butter! <br><br>10am to 4 pm. Price includes a 3 course lunch made by The Mixtape Chef, featuring a preview of the same bread which you will be making, coffee and loads of fun. <br><br>The class size is strictly for 4 pax. Dates for private sessions to be discussed.<br><br>Note, we have a chill dog at home. :)
